Welcome to International Preparatory School ("IPS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at internationalprepschool.com or enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About International Preparatory School

International Preparatory School is an ACCET-accredited, SEVP-certified English language school located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We have been serving international students since 1976 and are authorized to enroll F-1 visa students and issue I-20 forms.

2. Programs and Services

IPS offers the following programs:

• Intensive English Program (IEP) — Full-time English language instruction
• TOEFL Preparation Program — Focused test preparation
• F-1 Visa Services — I-20 issuance, I-20 transfers, change of status, and reinstatement assistance

3. Enrollment and Admission

Enrollment is subject to meeting admission requirements, including:

• Completed application form
• Valid passport
• Proof of financial support
• Payment of applicable fees
• Compliance with F-1 visa requirements (for international students)

IPS reserves the right to deny admission or continued enrollment to any applicant or student who does not meet program requirements or comply with school policies.

4. Tuition and Fees

• Tuition and fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment.
• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
• Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of enrollment.
• Refund policies are provided in the enrollment agreement and comply with ACCET standards.

5. Attendance Policy

F-1 students are required to maintain full-time enrollment and meet minimum attendance requirements as mandated by federal regulations and ACCET standards. Failure to maintain required attendance may result in:

• Academic probation
• Loss of F-1 student status
• Termination of SEVIS record

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behavior toward fellow students, faculty, and staff
• Follow all school policies and procedures
• Comply with U.S. federal and state laws
• Maintain valid immigration status (F-1 students)

Violations of the student code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.

7. F-1 Visa Compliance

International students on F-1 visas are responsible for:

• Maintaining full-time enrollment status
• Reporting any changes of address within 10 days
• Not engaging in unauthorized employment
• Keeping their passport valid at all times
• Complying with all SEVP and DHS regulations

IPS will report student enrollment and status changes to SEVP/SEVIS as required by federal law.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission

9. Intellectual Property
